Supporting Organisational Culture and Individual Well-being
Karen Burger is a Human Resources and Mental Health professional with a passion for supporting both organisational culture and individual well-being. Through her consultancy, she offers a full suite of HR services, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, policy development, and Industrial Relations (Labour Law support, disciplinary processes, and CCMA preparation).
In addition, she practices Narrative Therapy – working with individuals and teams across diverse contexts to surface stories that support resilience, growth, and meaningful change. Her mental health services extend into organisations through team building facilitation and are supported by ongoing training in Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (TRE).
